Finally back online. Our Charter cable internet has been down since Friday. :-( Getting it fixed has been quite an ordeal. I don't have time to go into all the details now; I've got to get some work done. Suffice it to say that Charter management is exceedingly stupid for many reasons, but using their technical support people as sales people wins my stupid-of-the-week award. What customer is in the mood to add services when they're getting lousy service or none at all?!
